A portfolio is simply a group of individual loans where a variety of people are making payments for the individual property they purchased. We purchase loan pools and portfolios numbering 5 or more. Fewer than 5 notes will be priced by the individual note criteria.
 

In order to give a quote on a portfolio, we will need the following forms filled out and

     faxed to us at (813) 657-8385 or

     emailed (preferred method). 

This Spreadsheet will give us the basic information on each note. The Portfolio Information Form will give us basic information on the note holder(s) and the overall picture of the portfolio. Both forms should be completed in their entirety.
